About Us

My life mantra is “Everything in Moderation” and “Life is a Choice”.

We choose what we consume and how we move.  So we can choose to eat and drink healthily, and indulge at times, in moderation and with control.

We can choose to eat foods we know aren’t nutritionally balanced, are fatty and sugary.  But ask yourself are you eating that all the time or in moderation?

We choose how we feed our kids/families and we set the example of what a healthy relationship looks like when it comes to food, exercise and our bodies.  Do you have a healthy relationship with these things?

I believe exercise like food, can be done in moderation, and does not have to be done in excess, unless you personally have a reason for this (health related, goal/training related).

With that in mind, and after years of eating and exercising in moderation, I thought why can’t I share this approach with others?  Why can’t I help coach, inspire, guide and motivate others to create this moderate, healthy lifestyle?

The answer is, I can, so I did!

In late 2014 I started a small and personal HIIT exercise class at my studios in Attadale.  What I offered was an overall moderate approach to exercise.  One that can be built into your lifestyle on an ongoing basis, as appose to a fad or phase.  My goal was to help people create nicely toned, strong, healthy bodies that combined with a sensible, moderate diet would provide them with energy and strength to get through every day.

Sadly, I have left those premises, and with other pressing personal and family matters on the table, I had to make the difficult decision to stop my classes for the time being.

I'm not sure what the future holds around these HIIT classes, but in the meantime I'm still happy to meet and work with people on their personal health and life goals.
